Nah, fukk outta here lol. This is actually fundamentally basically ignorant, and literally takes into account NO other factors. If you think only 2% of people are putting in enough hard work to succeed I don’t know what to say to you.
There’s a lot of injustice in the world no doubt. Most of people’s success is a combination of hard work and chance. Chance gives you the opportunity and hard work lets you execute.
Most of us aren’t that lucky. But what you gonna do? Can’t give up man, keep grinding and pray you get that chance to sieze on. Being too negative about things doesn’t help OUR lives

Maybe you're just being extremely humble, but to put a 100% of your families success on luck is a disservice to yourself. You're right that a opportunity that a lot don't get is part of the reason your successful, but you still had to put in work and effort to walk through those doors when they opened for you.
