The only thing I said 'wrong' is that executives don't perform physical work. I should've said physical labor. They have to be places, conduct meetings, develop strategies and innovate to keep up with competition among MANY other things.

The average janitor may perform significant labor, but often shows up with all the tools to perform their job provided for them. They don't have to buy supplies, pick brands or do anything other than execute. Do you think these tools just appear from nowhere?

Sure the janitor performs more physical labor, but saying they definitively work harder is arguable.

I pay for tools that make me $$$. Does a auto mechanic not pay for his tool box. Distraction is why people are broke. That instant gratification of your corny jokes to make yourself feel temporarily better even though it doesn’t matter in the grand scheme of things.
You not making no money on here.:mjlol:

ppl don't like like steph because he is a front running lame who shows up the other team dancing and doing stupid shyt on the court, but all that disappears when he is losing or the game is tight.

This is the dumbest post ive read all year...

Is he supposed to be dancing while losing???

He respects the other team when he loses thats the inverse of dancing while winning.

If He was disrespectful to the winning team then you would have a point

No, it’s not. Don’t know where you got that idea from :stopitslime:

Successful people, and running a handful of companies around the world. Successful people just work harder in eliminating mental obstacles or there own bullshyt that stands in there way. You can slam those keys as hard as you want not going to change the outcome.

There were born to some lucky parents but that is where the luck starts and stops!

You seem to not understand difference between personal goals/actions and, collective social policy.

Obviously as an individual you try your hardest with whatever hand you are delt. But as a collective the only way our entire community can be lifted is through social/economic policy.

This is the gist of Malcolm’s entire existence. You posting his videos, it seems you would understand the very basis of what he stood for.

In America the overwhelming majority of wealth comes from either the legacy of slavery or things like the G.I. Bill. I.E. “social/Economic policy”

That’s how it works here. It’s public policy. No amount of bootstrap pulling can change that.
Malcolm was about black ownership. Listen to the first 3 minutes of this and tell me how it's different from what I'm saying.

Let me make it clear I am not agreeing 100 with Spokesman, but most people don't do half the work to be successful. It's not easy to make it. It takes focus and lots of sacrifices. The sacrifices we make may decide our future. Daymond did not get lucky. He made a plan, stuck to it, and took 1 step everyday towards building that plan.

If anybody spends 1 hr of their time into achieving their life goal, they are more likely to succeed.

We all have excuses bro. Trust me on that. I have mine.

As long as we know what our distractions are and we work to eradicate them, we are doing more than 95% of people who are SM addicts and rather watch Kardashians or Love and Hip Hop.

I had 2 assistants with iphone XR. My phone costs only 150$. They afford the phone because they make it part of their plan to have it, even if they make way less and always sharing their lunch, while complaining about being broke.

Very well put! I would say they won't hear you though. Kinda tired of having these convos with people. The usual shoulder shrug crowd people that believe the cards are stacked against them and say why try if nothing changes.

Soon as I hire a new employee that comes into my firm, within about two months can tell whether they will leap frog other people who have been at the company longer or be stuck in a neutral career. Luck plays a factor for sure but people own bullshyt gets in there way a lot! Usually hear the same speech will do anything to get ahead, then when the company mentions we are expanding and everyone will have to give up weekends for 5 months straight nothing but whining and moaning. The ones that don't whine and moan and put in what is needed to go beyond always branching out on there often to start there own firms that we invest in or get what they need from us to go do bigger and better things!

My own tag quote on thecoli says it all! Repped for the solid response, nothing but best wishes to you on your journey to getting the bags!
