You clowns are actually debating with heads who actually have money.

Nothing about you says youve had to confront issues around the SALT deduction cap on your taxes niqqa.
What, you mad ‘cause you push dimes and he sell weight?
Y'all don't know my expenses, I gotta buy bigger plates

lets say for fun you aint on that multi=level marketing, or other well known BS. so I'll play along.

If you're expanding. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. I...the current employee should not have to work weekends to for 5 months straight to cover the fact that you the big boss doesnt know how to budget properly and assess how much production you need in order to be profitable, therefore hiring more employees. Dont burn out the ones you have and use the excuse of "dont be lazy." Clown boss. I gotta a life outside of this job. You do much better work and are more accurate in that work when you have a proper work life balance. people really believe the bad idea of killing yourself = better returns. it doesnt. working SMART not working Dumb and hard is the key. Sure a couple of weekends here and some there but never 5 months straight. if that happens. you are doing something wrong. period.

It diesnt mean that. Depends on the nature of the work, its not easy to find valuable applicants. That took us to point A. Lots of people with degrees believe the degree means success. They dont collect tags to make them more appealing or more competent at what they do.

It takes time to train new employees. You dont wanna bring in new employees in the middle of a temporary change. Not a good recipe for success.

Sometimes things happen on the fly. You and your company have to adjust. Part of business. You say you have a life outside of work because that job is a paycheck to you. If you look at it as a means to start your own thing and learning the ropes, you would take that jump as an opportunity to learn and knowing how to deal with it if your own company would face it in the future

Niqqa....you work WITH your accountant on those type of taxes, not “let them worry about it.”

I live in nyc.

Me, you and 15 million other people live here. So what? If anything, you need a car more than ever to get around the boroughs and suburbs. You still haven't explained why relying on the bum ass MTA or a ride share is a better investment of time and money over owning your own vehicle when you supposedly make a million a year.

You right breh, it’s always funny to tell ppl that making money is as simple as changing their mindset about money. The joke is on me
It's funny when you clearly have no idea about the mindsets of people who are actually succeeding at what you pretend to do.

I don’t do MLM or none of that. I would only do it if I started it. Man, you dudes on here are way behind the times. The new economy snuck up and about to lap y’all.
“New economy”

“Change mindstate”

“Sacrifice your life”

All verbatim things a MLM worker has said to me :smh:

i didnt say me. I said your employees have a life. If you the boss/owner choose to make your business your entire life. thats your choice. but do not expect anyone else to do the same and dont try to shame them or blame them if they dont. This aint their baby so to speak. its not that its just a check. It could mean more than that for some or a lot of your employees. But they still have a life outside of this. You have to realize this as the boss. You treat your employees well and they will run thru walls for you forever. But dont constantly ask them to run thru walls. If something crazy comes up. sure they will need to run thru a few walls. but if its something that needs 5 months + weekends. You need to hire more employees Temp or perm.

WHAT DO YOU DO?

For example, I'm an I.T pro that runs a small MSP . Don't sit here on Al Gore's internet and tell me anything about being behind the times in this economy.

Now....WHAT DO YOU DO?
