If you're expanding. HIRE MORE PEOPLE. I...the current employee should not have to work weekends to for 5 months straight to cover the fact that you the big boss doesnt know how to budget properly and assess how much production you need in order to be profitable, therefore hiring more employees. Dont burn out the ones you have and use the excuse of "dont be lazy." Clown boss. I gotta a life outside of this job. You do much better work and are more accurate in that work when you have a proper work life balance. people really believe the bad idea of killing yourself = better returns. it doesnt. working SMART not working Dumb and hard is the key. Sure a couple of weekends here and some there but never 5 months straight. if that happens. you are doing something wrong. period.

I havent been there for about 5 years. I just remembered that the city was too busy pumping money into the beach to cater to people passing through rather than its lifelong residents.

I really didn't realize how bad it was until I moved though. Just thought all the fukkery was normal. Only time I can remember actually fearing for my life is when I went to the corner store to get food. Indian shopkeeper catches this brolic nikka taking a Sprite and puts on the most bytch made voice to tell him to come back as he walked out the store. Dude leaves the counter to yell out the door and brolic nikka rushes back in, Jack's dude up by the collar says fukk you and ya Sprite. At that point, I run away like a whole bytch thinking hes about to shoot up this store over a fukking Sprite.

Lookkng back at it it makes me thankful that my grandma kept all of her grandkids busy with church stuff if you wanted to chill at her house.

Bruh....my neighborhood was NYC’s boosting capital.

Niqqas would bomb the tri state area, even going as far as Redding, PA, to boost Lo. They were LEGENDARY, coming around the way with $400 Lo sweaters, jackets....you name it. This was the 80s.
