Cam is superhuman, a specimen, genetic freak, etc. He could play through the pain. Too bad all his good luck suddenly ran out for no apparent reason and he came back down to earth as a flawed QB after that

That colts team was a plug and play team for luck. It was a perennial playoff team until the steriod user with the bad neck had to sit out the year.
