Taking this at face value, I believe it. Luck was an amazing talent but be has sustained a lot of injuries since being draftef and walking away with nearly 100 milly in earnings is a fine consolation prize.

He had shytty rosters every year out except last year. Finally had a good quality defense and a great offensive line in front of him and now it ends.
Terrible. Wish the best for him, but as a fan it's pretty heartbreaking. By the time we get a quality qb again the quality defense/offensive line will likely be on the decline and the whole thing will restart again. For fukk sakes.
