Retire two weeks before the season starts brehs :dahell: didn't even give the Colts a chance to draft or trade for a qb.
This really fukks them, doesn't it? For the first time in his career, I think, Luck had a complete team around him - an offensive line, a promising HC and GM, weapons, and defense. Colts were set up to run the AFCS and now this.

Let's be real. He wasn't built for this NFL life. He's a smart dude that went to Stanford. He always had other interests. Football was just something he could do that set him up to go to Stanford. It parlayed into getting paid, and now he's content.

This is quite possibly the stupidest post in the thread. He was a 4x Pro-Bowler, Comeback player of the year but "wasn't built for this NFL life" :unimpressed:

A garbage O-line which couldn't keep him healthy did him in

Dude... he was a good football player that played behind a porous line for too long and it ended his chapter.... He made 4 pro bowls and has a classic playoff comeback and was nominated comeback player of the year in like 5 years of play...... Greg Oden played 100 games in 3 seasons.... does Oden even have a highlight reel?
no one is disputing Luck wouldnt have lived up to the hype if he was healthy, but if this is it then hes a bust those accolades don't justify the hype. Oden injuries were more severe but you can see what Oden could do had he stayed healthy. He would have been special too

To reach that point must be brutal, but at least he went out on his own terms calling his own shot.

It's a shame he sacrificed his body carrying terrible rosters for so long that he couldn't physically hold up once the team around him was finally legitimately put together.

He isnt a bust by any metric. Dude a legit top 5 qb.
If he didn't come in with all the hype he would've been grouped in with the second tier of QBs. I wouldn't call him a bust but he didn't live up to the hype either. I wouldn't call him a definitive top 5 QB..
