The crazy thing is how reckless the Colts were with handling a franchise Qb over the years

You’d think they would be extra cautious with what is by far the biggest asset you can have in the nfl(great young Qb)

Instead it sounds like they forced him out there hurt a lot and there doctors were inept

You’d think these pro teams would have the best doctors money can buy yet you keep hearing athletes being misdiagnosed by these team doctors in every sport.

He’s really just not an interesting person. The “aw shucks, gee golly” angle the media chooses to take with him is still as insufferable as it was when he was playing.

He retired because of the two I’s: insecurities and injuries. Good for him for finding a renewed purpose and wanting to be a coach/teacher.

Luck just didn't like nfl football or football period. U can tell he loved college, but hated being a pro qb. He's Lowkey a con man. Cuz he gave the impression that he loved it and he couldn't wait to come back from injury. His legacy will be non existent and he's fine with that.

All that money and accolades doesn't mean a thing when you're living the rest of your life handicapped from getting slammed into the ground over and over. A lot of these players are waking up and realizing CTE and all the other long-term injuries aren't a joke, so you're going to see more and more leaving the game early.

I just finished the article and it was incredible

I really liked him as a player and reading his journey and what he was going through mentally and physically was great..

He had it all and then he just was like I can't do this anymore the rehab was just too much

One of the best articles I've ever read on an athlete
