Who leads the league in interceptions?

Last week Brady throws two INTs against us, both of them involve a WR/TE bobbling a ball into a defenders hands. Brady doesn't get major blame.
This week, same thing happens to Luck on 2 INT and it's apparently 100% his fault.

I didn't watch the game, but INT's can be deceiving. Last week, neither (maybe one) of those INT's were Brady's fault.

Could be worse. He could have Deshaun Watson numbers.
Watson 9 TD 7 INT. Luck 16 TD 8 INT.
Imagine hating on Luck but giving Watson a pass.

This bum has thrown interceptions in 8 straight games.
Luck gets called a "pick machine" but Watson has been terrible so far in his career at throwing interceptions.
Make an excuse I'm ready for it.
