Ok so since no one actually gonna tell us what happen. I've only listen to the first five mins as of right now.
Andrew says his brother has mental issues and its been getting worst over time. This isn't the first time Greg has done this before. According to them Greg did the exact same thing to Andrew before except for Andrews time they cut it out but this time they decided to leave it in. They said his mental state has been deteriorating like some times he can't even form sentences while talking and shyt.

Sound like its gonna be a fire ass episode and bring awareness to mental health
