I have no clue about romanian courts and if their records are public.
if theres records on their government websites sure.but the arrest footage seems fake. Tate didnt even break character the entire time talking about the matrix. Throwing up his hand sign. Etc. Even the pizza boxes. It all seems orchestrated by him.
