I think the Raptors will be too good to have a chance at Andrew. But if they do suck this would be perfect and a chance to make Toronto relevant in the NBA. Cleveland got Bron and Chicago got Rose and we saw how those franchises fortunes immediately changed. If Wiggins is as good as expected the same thing could happen for the Raptors.
