If enough jobs become automated then a UBI will probably have to happen sooner or later, but as long as minorities get it too, white people will have to be dragged kicking and screaming.
What makes you think nobody would be working? Most people will want to make more than 12k a year.
By that time, the white population will severely decrease. They will be the minority of the population since they don't have kids anymore. Some people rationalize 75% of the population starving to death.
