He also had AJ Green who is likely to demand a pretty sizable deal himself. You look at the guys getting these deals and they either have an all world WR or WR core (Stafford, Romo, Cutler, Ryan) or top notch D (Flacco, Kaep). What you don't see is them winning shyt after the fact. Dalton actually has both and unless the cap goes up significantly shyt is gonna hit the fan when it comes time for the true driving forces of that team to re-up.

and all those guys you mentioned got paid so whats the problem?

qb is the most important position in the nfl, you have a crappy one (bills, jags) you ain't doing ish.

All qbs if you are a decent starter putting up stats will get paid.
