Easiest division and most talent (pending QB) out of all the coaching openings that he should be able to turn it around soon.

I don't get why people think Charles is going to suffer like Staley, Westbrook and McCoy haven't been given carries/touches under Reid. It's not like Charles has been a 300+ carry back in his career

That's not a bad move. Juan was a good O-Line coach and Andy owed him for that bullshyt he pulled when he made him the Eagles defensive coordinator and then threw him under the bus.

Charles will get touches under Reid. But instead of getting maybe 320 carries he'll only get 270 carries and 50-60 receptions. Reid doesn't ignore running backs; he ignores running the ball.
