It's not her complexion, it's mostly her hair that have people saying she's mulatto.
I agree sista....actually I believe it is her hair and complexion. For example I have mentioned on here that my youngest daughter is light skin (though once my wife has went back to work she is light brown now from being outside at day care).
Well my youngest has always had a bunch of hair. Just like my mother. My daughter looks exactly like my sister and mother except she is lighter than them.
But because she has a lot of hair and it is long even though she is 3 people have always asked my wife or myself when we are out with my daughter by ourselfs (just one of use being with the child) is our daughter mixed. We got that question even more when she was younger because she was even lighter (got the question from black and non black folks). Now facially my daughter has black features but that hair and her complexion is what has folks asking is she mixed IMO.
But I am use to this shyt. Growing up people always asked dumb ass questions like is my mother dominican or stupid shyt like that because she had long straight hair and because she was dark skin. You know the whole bull shyt view that dark skin black women don't have hair unless they are dominican or got indian in their family.....
So this is why I dead that shyt whenever folks talk that good hair shyt or that black people only look a certain way.
