Doesn't change the point that it can only mimic what already exists, the most it can do is combine already existing things until it SEEMS like something new to a casual person, but professionals will always be able to tell regardless of how advanced it gets at mimicking.

To be able to come up with something completely new it would have to have developed sentience on it's own, something everyone has agreed to intentionally block from happening
