People mostly use fentanyl straight up. It's replaced heroin.

It's either pills or power, it's a powerful and most people don't die, just a lot do, the numbers are higher, reflects the potency.

A lot of people don't grasp this, but it's partially social/media/media sloppy reporting. They highlight od's and words like LACED to scare people. Most OD"s knew exactly what they were taking. I explain above, about the purity/potency.
