I don't believe he knows what 'street-hard' is or really what is popular in Hip Hop right now. Sounds like an out of touch reviewer giving a positive review to an out of touch artist/sound because what has leaked doesn't sound anything like what he is saying.

He's been reviewing music for a long time and so have people at Rolling Stone, Complex, and other outlets that get shyt on just the same.
