That’s not saying much cuz kubo isn’t a great (or even decent) writer. Wano kinda shyt itself at the end tho because Oda wrote himself into a corner. So it wasn’t all that great either

It ain't a new arc. The anime got canceled because people weren't feeling it anymore lol this is just the animated version of the last arc of the manga. But there's a chance that there might be new content. The author posted a pic of the original gotei 13 squad which he never drew in the manga. If people are feeling this arc, it might revitalize the series and get another few chapters out there or an original movie. A movie would be better IMO.

I did not understand that part. What happened after he killed that girl. What was that voice?
New for us Anime watchers.
That voice is his zanpakto. Kenpachi has always been oblivious to it. Once he killed her he was finally able to hear it.

One piece is fire right now its a long term investment paying off.Bleach is him getting a new set of powers every arc and being god tier with it. Luffy takes huge Ls and learns from it.

Kenpanchi with bankai is a scary sight
The animation has been great. But One Piece has stepped it up in the Wano act as well too. The only thing is that I know how Bleach is going to end and if they don't alter some things in the anime alot of people are going to have egg on their faces like the manga readers did yrs ago 
That voice was his zanpakuto. Communicating and establishing a bond with it is a process to go to Shikai and eventually Bankai
