black folks underestimate how much the biased whites hate blacks. In the upcoming years with the increase of the hispanic population, they are going to be the preferred minority group. Even now you can see most white business owners would rather hire hispanics to fill their minority quota over getting blacks.

Yup. This is already happening in places like Miami. nikkas with an education can't get a job because they don't speak Spanish (i.e. aren't Mexican). Everybody working n the place a white or Mexican. Isn't this requirement similar to the voting requirement where nikkas had to do a literacy test? Yup. Same principle. nikkas doubly discriminated against. What would the African American unemployment rate be if Hispanics weren't such a large population? Hispanics are the ones who supplant AA jobs. No one else does.

nikkas are so desperate with friends they don't have time to see the forest for the trees. Studies repeatedly record Hispanics having equal or worse bias against blacks than whites.
