Do ya'll have to complete this training at your job? This is some bullshyt that we are subjected to every SINGLE year. I just learned that a woman can claim harassment just by the way you look at her. I was going to call bullshyt but,

I remember reading this story about this guy who got a sexual harassment charge filed against him by this lady he worked with. Apparently she was on her cycle, and got a stain on her pants and NO ONE was trying to tell her. He pulled her to the side and let her know, and I guess she was embarrassed or whatever, but grateful. Later on, he gets word of the harassment charge.
