Bill slept around and, I assume, he is well traveled. Yes, I believe he's had a lot of deviant sex (adultery). But, I have to agree; the idea that she was raped and then put herself in another vulnerable position to her rapist raises questions.
He probably "raped" some of them. I use the term rape lightly (if you can even do that)

If she was raped; there's no test to prove it actually happened--years later. And I understand that it's not the easiest thing to run to a hospital and tell them Bill Cosby raped you and right after. I understand it maybe hard to tell anyone. But, the second time may be easy for some to believe, but, it raise racial skepticism, years later.
That said; rape arrests, charges and convictions are demonically low.
Unfortunately, the best way to deal with it to have to overcome to emotions of such a terrible event and cooperate with police.
I can't just go; Bill's a rapist, throw away the DVDs!
