These cacs and cacsuckers want to act like all education is good education and blacks just don't care. The schools in the hood are much poorer than Schools in nicer suburbs and the student to teacher ratio are outlandish. I've been in college courses that routinely have a class maximum of 15. Yet Schools in the hood where I love have 30 kids to 1 teacher.
The federal government knowingly starves Black communities of vital resources, then by virtue of cac logic turn around and blame the residents for residing in unresourced areas.

This website above has an admissions graph for each Ivy League school and a little write up about the stats, if you check each graph then you will see that several kids are admitted to each IVY school every year who have "low" and not perfect SAT scores.
SATs are not an academic achievement, SATs are a predictive measure only. Being admitted somewhere is not an academic achievement, you have to actually graduate/ get grades.
