I agree with this. The Expanse is better than any solo space show. Star Trek only edges it out because it's a stronger franchise.

But yeah you're right about the Belters. It's why I sympathized with Space Prince at first because he was right. Even though the Inners were playing ball with the Belters because Fred Johnson inserted them into the nuke debacle, they didn't really want to and they were never serious about seeing the Belters as their equal.

It took Marco taking advantage of a dying Mars and building a real fleet for folks to look at the Belters like


And Marco would have won if he could have got over the fact that the face of the galaxy James Holden was smashing his baby moms, but he just couldn't let that go

Marco's jealousy killed him and his son. Holden sure did get into a lot of bullshyt though. Just randomly.
