Where did you get this claim about the 2 bodies video together when the CNN link you posted says this?
"Facebook has removed video that reportedly showed a man in Thailand killing his 11-month-old daughter, the social media company said Tuesday."
"Two videos showing the child's death were posted on the man's Facebook page for about 24 hours, Group Capt. Somsak Khaosuwan from Thailand's Ministry of Digital Economy and Society told CNN."
From the article it seems that the man filmed himself killing his daughter and then post it on Facebook and then he hanged himself.

My apology i meant to state both were hanging but there is 2 videos of the girl up for 24 hours. FBL has GPS device in it and for some reason the cousin called the police and they found the bodies in a abandoned hotel. The claim is the wife said people sharef the video but there is no proof of that.

From what I understand according to the link you posted this what happened.
"Police Maj. Prawat Tantibhussapun said the father's cousin was browsing Facebook on Monday and came across the live video in which the man, identified as 20-year-old Wutthisan Wongthale, was putting a rope around his daughter's neck."
From there the cousin called the mother and she was the one that alerted the police, and they arrived an hour after the live feed started by then it seems that the man already killed his daughter posted 2 videos of the crime on his Facebook page and then he hanged himself, those 2 videos were up for 24 hours before Facebook removed it.

He said the ministry coordinated with Facebook to remove the videos, and they were taken down Tuesday afternoon."
However in other reports they said they were in a abandoned construction site of a hotel. If they didnt use the GPS FBL....how did they find them?

I don't know about other reports I'm only going by the CNN link you posted, it says they found the bodies "hanging in a derelict building in the Sakhu area of the southern Thai island."
I'm guessing they are a poor family and that building was their home, the wife gave the location to the police.
There are poor people in Thailand that dont have cell phones and computers. The area is a abandoned hotel construction site. The report doesnt say their home...so the question still stands.
