The idea that we don’t vote is bs
Baton Rouge has a black mayor and plenty of black people on the city council.
cut the BS out with we don’t vote
That isn't what he is saying, he is specifically addressing the "Don't vote" people.

District 8, the area the councilwoman represents, has a population of 39,140 with 62% of them being at least voting age and a 39% black population.

In 2020, 15,616 people voted for a Council seat in which she got 8,822 votes vs the nearest rival at 6,794.

For all the "Don't vote" people in that district, if they vote against her and the racist power move she pulled, they have enough to get her out. But if people say "fukk it, don't vote" she will win and people will have effectively helped her. Saying you dislike something and then choosing to do nothing acknowledges that you have essentially said you are ok with the result.

The thread isn't about Gary Chambers corn ball....the headline is right there for you to read. This thread is trying to align people who don't have faith in the american political system with the white supremacist....like how don't you get that :mindblown:

Imagine not voting when these cacs hate you this much :mjlol:

So to quote myself:

A black activist by the name of Gary Chambers get a thread made about him talking about a local issue and how some fukkups with a grudge against a black business can be rectified with a targeted vote by black people
Thread name is "Another lesson for the don't vote clowns." The lesson addresses what is in the OP, which is a post by Gary Chambers addressing not only that people make decisions about our lives whether we participate or not, but also there is enough black votes to depose her. What the fukk are you talking about, my guy? The video is only a few minutes long and it all ties together neatly. Joe Biden and MAGA was not mentioned.

Y'all can take this whole thread and shove it up y'all funky asses, because the same fukking thing can also happen when you do vote. Y'all p*ssy asses really can't stand the fact that nobody is going out blindly voting for these clowns anymore like a damn bunch of dummies like yourselves. Y'all really need to grow a pair, instead of acting like some bytches.

You are mad as hell that we are telling your goofy ass to vote.

Look up the incarceration rates for Black folks in Louisiana and all over the south and tell me again why you should not vote goofy.

what if you dislike both parties and decide you are not going to vote?
Also why is it that you guys blame the people and not the person running.

Voting matters.

People get angry and disillusioned because they don't get everything they want with their votes. Well, that happens.

But when you don't vote, you ensure that you get nothing you want.

And people can lie to themselves all they want to twist things but that's a fact.

You need to delete this pile of dog shyt
Yes it's possible to vote for someone who is corrupt
You vote again and correct that mistake

What's posted above is not a matter of corruption.. it's a molestation and complete disregard of constituents' rights and liberties
Those people are not worried about being voted out EVER

So in other words "Vote harder:francis:". Crazy yall can actually see and hear corruption like this. Acknowledge this as a complete disregard of constituents rights. But thwn believe these people dont have connections to do the same with your votes. Unless you believe voter corruption and mishandling is always caught. But all thats besides the point anyway.

You proved my point, but are just content voting over and over again for more corrupt and/or useless people. Ignoring the corruption that gets appointed and hired by these people that will remain in the system. Up until they get caught red handed. Because corrupt people are usally covert if yall didnt realize that.

Mind you dont vote is saying give us something to vote for,THEN we can vote. But like clockwork, here yall come with something or someone to vote against. Rather than simply bringing us something to vote for. Weve been asking for the comprehensive black agenda for months, patience running out:respect:

:beli:This thread is about a local seat. Run somebody in that bytch. This isn't governor or mayor, its a council position.

Deciding not to vote is fine, but don't attach special significance to it like its hurting anyone but you and the people like you who will be governed by someone you don't like. There is the page to become a candidate. Also, the people voting literally dictates who holds office. They are to blame if they pick poorly or decide not to vote and then the race is won by a narrow margin.

You can't read, my guy.

Another lesson for the “don’t vote” clowns.

I see a sentence there and the initial post backs it up.

Biden, MAGA, Liberal. Did I cover all the topics that satisfy you? Good, cause that's literally not what the thread is about :russ:

:russ:The fukk you talmbout. Maaaaaan if you don't wanna vote don't, but the thread title and first post are stone-cold obvious. If you live anywhere there isn't a shack in the middle of nowhere, we can be damn sure you are interested in where your taxes are going, what projects are being undertaken in your city, your zipcode, and on your block. You can literally vote for who takes care of all of that, which is the point. "Don't vote" is a blanket, bum ass credo for bum ass, usually lazy ass folks who weren't going to do it anyway.

In any case, take care, breh.

This is why I hate these vote shaming vids. :camby: They don't tell the whole story. From a quick good search:

1. Denise Amoroso won a special election after her husband who held the seat died.
2. Next election, she won by 2,028 votes. https://ballotpedia.org/Denise_Amoroso
3. Total votes was 15,616. Total population in the Baton Rouge District 8 was 38,229 in 2022.
4. That district is 43.96% white and 37.54% percent black. https://www.brla.gov/801/District-Map-Demographics
