What's basic though? The woman in the trailer is attractive. It's actually kinda scary what constitutes as sexy now. I'm not sure what you would want to upgrade her- more collagen in her lips, fake boobs, a BBL? This woman looks naturally pretty. I guess it's a matter of opinion but everyone wants these actresses to look like Kim Kardashian or old Megan Fox, but those women don't have their original parts.

I'm saying Lois Lane was drawn to be gorgeous.

As you see by my source material she is drawn to be gorgeous objectively for that time period. She looks like a pin up
