CNN reinstates Ryan Lizza
CNN is reinstating Ryan Lizza, the Washington political reporter who was fired from the New Yorker for alleged sexual misconduct. “Upon learning of The New Yorker’s decision to sever ties with Ryan Lizza in December, CNN pulled him from future on-air appearances while the network conducted an extensive investigation into the matter,” reads a statement from a CNN spokeswoman. “Based on the information provided and the findings of the investigation, CNN has found no reason to continue to keep Mr. Lizza off the air.”

I'm curious now :patrice:
Where's the line between sex attraction, flirting, and sexual harassment at work....

Am i now just supposed to keep my total distance from women i know are attracted to me or are these sexual harrassment scandals something completely different like no mutual attraction /borderline rape....

I almost dont even feel comfortable talking with now women, because i know a lot of them like me. And there can be some flirting and inappropriate touching / hugging.

This has always been my mindset, but some of these women are making it hard for me now :noah:

Never mixed work with pleasure before, even when working in retail....
the women i mostly see around dress like hillary clinton. there are some attractive ones, but none so much so that i can't find similar working at another company. now if taylor rooks type women were just walking around dressed like this i'd have to find a new job.

Man I'm sure quite a few relationships start in the workplace. Some shyt works some shyt doesn't. Now if you just out here heartless donkey dikking broads with no regards for their emotions you probably want to not do that at the job.

No doubt, but I'm just trying to see what's classified as sexual harassment.

Because while I do agree there's people in power, who use their status to influence, pressure, and manipulate others. I don't necessarily believe everyone who's being accused is "guilty" . There's a lot of blurred lines.

Can actions from mutual attraction later be seen as sexual harassment because things didn't work out.....

Oh I agree that not everyone accused is guilty, but in this shoot first and ask questions later environment it's best to be safe especially when your skin is black.

Hardly anyone would report someone for sexual harassment, if they respectfully and considerately asked them out, or something along those lines.

Anytime you are using power imbalance, or "male privilege" to "flirt" with someone at work, you are crossing a line.

For so long the status quo has been men say whatever they want, and women deal with it, and it was never right, and its becoming less and less acceptable in more places.

Yes, making overt and covert sexual remarks in the workplace to women is sexual harassment. Yes, repeatedly hitting on someone in the workplace who is not interested is sexual harassment.
