How is it the dog's fault when a stranger is in its home and perceived to be attacking its family? We know the girls were just playing but to any dog, that cant be understood with a stranger. Its unfortunate what happened to this little girl. Her father was irresponsible for having her around a dog she never socialized with.

People don't realize that one of the best ways to protect yourselves from a dog going off is to have it professionally trained, not your little bs training. Pits need training when they are born and periodic training after.

This. The average dog owner has NO IDEA of wtf they are even doing and have no business owning a dog. I know people who are highly skilled dog trainers who own aggressive breeds (rottweilers and German Shepherds) that are trained as guard dogs and they don't have these problems. Also most so called pit bulls are genetically fukked up. Too much inbreeding by greedy breeders who don't know what the fucc they are doing making these mutant dogs. (Not just pit bulls but in general).

And while dogs vary by owner, there are some breeds inherently more aggressive.
