i live in a neighborhood full of pits and I have never heard of someone being bit by one yet, even the strays are friendly. They're extremely submissive dogs that are bred to be aggressive against DOGS not humans. There are many other breeds that are more human aggressive than pits. The problem is with the owners not the dogs.

I fukkin hate Pit Bulls. They are very neurotic dogs. I got half my calf chewed off as kid. fukker didn't let go till my cousin busted a cap in his ass. Miami is fukked up as hell, but they got one thing right. Banning pitbulls in the city. They aren't normal dogs.

Florida is one of the places where the most dog bites happen. Is your calf OK? My cousin got his calf chewed by a lab and he still was able to go on and play football a year later or so. Depends on the age and the size etc. If it had been a Pitt who knows.
