They've been visited before. And their response is the same. In recent times, they allowed boats to come close, also they leave the people they've killed on the shore. If there is cannablism, they know better than to demonstrate it to the outside world, especially since India won't tolerate any of that shyt. Also keep in mind, that many of the inhabitants live on the island by choice. Many just want to escape the present day. Clearly shown by the fact that they don't kill Indian people.

That being said, they need to stop with the murdering or eventually international will be changed just for them as seen in Tasmania and Polynesian Islands. While it is illegal to travel to the island, murder is also (obviously) a crime and if the UN wanted to, it could stir some shyt with the Island. They either need an ambassador, at some point, India is gonna get tired of dealing with the UN on these matters.
