Facts....Glad Rob made it out to be living good....especially if you take into account the fate of some of his ECW peers.
Because RVD was never in that crop of dude that was willing to die for the business.
He'd die by his own habits before any bullshyt like that.
He also did a good job of protecting his body for a guy from chairshot era and know his limits. He know how to tone down his style at the right time and wrestle safe.
RVD is like the Reverse Kurt Angle. Angle crippled himself over this business. RVD was never about that..
Edit: I remember catching RVD in 2001 at a house show. He wrestled smart and safe as fukk. Angle in the main event was doing moon saults and stupid shyt he had no business doing on a house show.

100%, but I would definitely place 06 right along with 06. 06 to a portion of 2011 was like an extended 1995.
