Above the fray.
I think people are dodging and deflecting here. In a million years, nobody could have predicted that governors of TX and FL would bus and fly undocumented immigrants to sanctuary cities, and at such a high rate.
BUT, once they did, they called the bluff of some of the public comments that mayors of these cities made years ago. Call yourself a sanctuary city until it becomes clear to all just how it's unsustainable it is to be one during a migration crisis.

Everybody who looks at things objectively could have seen how things were going to play out when they started sending them up North and West, unannounced and uncoordinated with city officials.
Mayors have or will be forced to walk back earlier public comments, and plead with the sitting president (Biden) for resources for the newcomers. And will come to a head during the presidential campaign.

This is a smart dumb situation, the flooding weapons example can literally be explained in similar situation from Indiana to Chicago...

You ain't talking about shyt....

Gangs in Chicago are going to Indiana then coming back. I’m telling you l to literally imagine a democratic governor giving hordes of guns to gangs in Houston and then pointing the finger at Abbott when gun violence spikes in that region of the state of Texas. It’s dumb.

In regards to immigration situation in Denver, I live here, now the immigrants are moving more west(wheat ridge, lakewood, Del Mar, Westminster, etc..) fukking with white Hispanics rather than going east towards Aurora, Montebello, Green Valley, where there is more diversity,

Front range of West Denver metro can't be fukked with, and that's why you are seeing reports more about Denver, racism thru and thru....

Living here to I can’t speak on why they are choosing one area over another of what you are saying is true. I’m just pointing out states bussing them here are responsible for the crisis. Simple.

The even simpler solution is that being here in the first place is the ultimate issue. Nowhere should be dealing with mass illegal immigration. So what’s your thoughts on Denver bussing them elsewhere?

So to sum up this thread so far:

Democrat Party: "We're making sanctuary cities for illegal immigrants. Come on over. We'll take all of you."

Republican Party: "Okay, Here are busloads of them. And there's plenty more where that came from. And remember, Democrats, you said you wanted all of them."

*Sanctuary cities get swamped by Mesitzos and becomes 'Little Central America'*

Democrat Party Shills: "No, not like that!"

Yo wtf 🤣

Why don’t we have more officers along the border?! They can literally hire a bunch and pay them to sit there and watch the border. That is crazy!

i don’t think you know what lax means maybe? Somehow you must be conflating high levels of border apprehensions under Biden as being lax with border security. The issue is more are migrants are coming in droves for a multitude of reasons.

Just as migrants were coming in large numbers under Trump his Title 42 policy was only a temporary measure that reduce the number of immigrants but it wasn’t logically a sound solution in stopping them from coming in droves.

And a border wall isn’t going to work for geographical and logistical reasons.

The issue is more complicated and sending them in hoarded with no logistical planning to sanctuary cities doesn’t help border states it just hurts the rest of the country.

Cutting of your nose to spite your face.

The video shows the border patrol agent walking near the action and they stop cutting. This is an issue among various areas of the border and there’s not much resources or border patrol agents that can monitor EVERY part of the border between the U.S. and Mexico.

It’s pretty massive

I agree. They’re saying republicans aren’t passing anything in congress (money etc to deal with border).

This needs to be solved ASAP.

And border states like Texas and Arizona will continue to have migrants bombarding the border because they know open border Republicans will bus them anywhere in the country.

That’ll teach the libs….

Downtown has been in bad shape since the quarantine. Can't put this all on immigration when meth & homelessness had it on lock since 2020

So much so that it was becoming a problem at the airport, people coming in via the RTD for places to sleep

yes. The area south/east of coors field has been progressively getting worse for a while but it’s much worse now as a whole than even 6 months ago

True, but they are quick to get rid of homelessness camps and let these migrant camps stay while asking citizens for funds to help these migrants....

I think the revamp of 16th st mall kind of helped with this, I don't know if it was as bad as 2022, shyt was crazy....
