I don't think it's an excuse, I do believe that that dude is mentally ill, my problem is why won't we follow other countries with far less mass shootings and get rid of mental illness, It's time stood up to Big Crazy and their lobbyists and ban mental illness for good!

Most of these mass murderers end up getting killed in the process or killing themselves. At that point, publicly torturing them would not scare people in the future who already feel like they have nothing left to lose. If anything, they'll just make sure they shoot their brains out before they get caught.

If you're at the point where you're so deranged and dead inside you really think torture is gonna scare someone away from doing shyt like this? No. Just as jail and the death penalty has not lowered crime or murder.

Almost all of them kill themselves. Which further shows how selfish they are. They want to ruin the lives of innocent people but don't want to give authority the satisfaction of taking them down so they do it to themselves.

Idk.. I never supported the death penalty, no matter what. Killing people to show that killing people is wrong makes no sense. Neither does what these mass killers do makes sense, but aren't we supposed to be better than that? Aren't we supposed to be better than them?

I was being facetious, referring to how Congress would be ready to crack down on this if it were blacks doing mass shootings. Aurora, Newtown, UCSB, now Seattle, how many more tragedies do we need for them to see the trend?????????
