It's come to a point where police brutality has become so common that people think it's normal/ideal. It's almost like some form of social conditioning.

If this were a routine traffic stop either give the driver a ticket if a violation has occurred or check if the driver is drunk or whatever. Running up to someone and yelling, "fukk you! fukking put your hands up!!! Grrh!! Rawr!!! I fukking said put your hands up!!" An agent of the state doesn't behave like this in a civilized society. Also a gun should be used if an officer is in imminent danger. Here, the cop is dealing with a group of supposedly high/drunk teenagers. Using a gun here is completely unnecessary. If a cop truly felt like he was in danger he would call for backup.
