Disrespect is a benefit allowed to people who have my respect in the first place. Family, friends, etc...
Example: If a bum told you your job wasn't shyt, would you really care? Even if you were a minimum-wage worker, you'd be like

You gotta understand that females don't have a sense of loyalty like men do. Females will look for what they want and what they think is best for them, period. The only limitations they put on themselves is fear, so things like loyalty or even honor aren't in their mentality. So when you come at them that way, they respond "what's the big deal!?" And don't understand why you're pushing certain points because of a fundamental difference in thought process.

At the same time some females will cheat or go be with someone else and easily forget the previous guy. You know damn well some females will listen to advice from their friends to the detriment of their relationship. Do I need to bring up fickleness too?i know men can be more loyal to women, but i am talking about the norm. getting advice from your friend isn't really a loyalty issue because nothing with the friend is at risk.
a woman easily takes back the guy who cheated on her, but if a friend sleeps with her man that friendship is OVER. anything that replaces it isn't genuine

I'm speaking of whatever loyalty exists between the female and her boyfriend, not between the female and her friend.
In regards to the bolded:
Most females wouldn't do that unless the man is rich or something. Those that do, would probably start cheating as well. I don't think most females in first world countries would revert to the classic stockholm syndrome of sticking with their man even if he beats the shyt out of her, not nowadays. There are obviously some women out there that do, but not the majority I think/hope.
There is no universal difference in thought process though. You talking about disloyalty as if only women are prone to it. Be objective. Some women IR, some men IR. Most of either gender don't.
