No you're having an emoticonversation which shows you didn't understand his point

It's a good move when you consider what was given for the guy

hey LastEmp, STFU. you're harping on ONE reply with "comeon" when I'm all over this thread with rational responses... yet you're focused on 1 reply with 1 emoticon. Take your narrowminded thoughts elsewhere

a 26 year old CB who's 6'3 and still reaching his potential isn't worth what an aging WR with diminishing speed is worth?

:what:

sean smith is overrated, like Ive said before. hes actually overrated the same reason our secondary players were overrated before they
were exposed: great pass rush. vontae davis was also highly thought of. howd he end up doing on the colts ? average as hell

for our secondary its either an expensive elite guy like revis or grimes, or cheap rookies...theres no reason to go in-between because
its what we have now.

Vontae Davis actually did well for the Colts when he wasn't hurt

The colts thought enough of him to give up a 2nd round and 6th round pick for him...

okay i'm done with this convo, it's obvious that many of y'all are just spinning this move because "Harbaugh made it". These last 2 seasons, the trend of picking up the opposing team's WR who beat you in the post-season has become reactionary... similar to Al Davis signing super bowl mvp's ie. Larry Brown and Rocket Ismail

I was always a quan fan, so Im not sure what youre implying here.
its a good pickup

I thought youd know my posts by now that I call a spade a spade. I didnt like the aj jenkins pick last year and some of the recent tenders (brock, williams) make no sense to me and I called them out.
this is a good move to me. we didnt give up anything at all and addressed an area we were thin at. boldin has gone off in each game hes played after cam cameron got fired. EACH game.

I'm kinda glad we dealt him to niners instead of cutting him. Don't have to see him for couple years. Anquan's a vengeful nikka. I don't want to see him do us like he did Culliver and Mccourty. :to:

and Joe Flacco had nothing to do with that? Cam Cameron's firing helped Joe Flacco more than it helped anybody else

joe flacco had nothing to do with what ? joe flacco was also passing to him before cam cameron got fired....

pff ranks him 12th WR in receiving and has him down for only 2 drops for the year
for 6 milly and a 6th rounder that aint bad

Business of the NFL. I get it, I understand. Had a high cap # and wasn't about to try to negotiate a long term deal in a 48-hour window.

Next man (or men) up...in Oz I trust. At the very least this should free up enough space to lock up Ellerbe (an absolute must), and maybe even restructure Leach and re-up McKinnie. Still not expecting Ed back under any circumstance, though.

Was watching NFL replay of the Super Bowl and was pissed by thr jump balls he got on us, especially that third and one

He brings a nice toss up for Kaepernick, that dude bailed out Flacco on a lot of throws
