But he's also the bigger risk, he's coming off an injury, he cost a first round pick and he's going to want a big new contract

Am I the only one that see's Boldin as not being that good anymore. I mean, he was lightweight exposed when he went to Baltimore and didn't have Fitz on the opposite side. He was looking real flabby and sick the past few season and IS NOT A GAME CHANGER. So why are yall gushing over this move? Dude isnt even better than Moss. So in a way, the 49ers downgraded. Yall looking at one game(the super bowl). But I'm looking at his body of work the past few seasons. Is he worth a 6th rounder, yes. Will he make a difference worthy of how much yall are gushing over him...no!

More than likely, Percy is going to be better than any WR they drafted this year at 25. The only fallback is it hurts their chance to get a great pass rusher in the first round, but this team draft great anyways. They'll be fine.

The funny thing is your team is in desperate need of secondary help, plus you're losing goldson, and you spent your precious cap money that should go to a corner to pay a aging WR on a 1 year rental. I look forward to harvin beasting all over your garbage corners.

harvin is a playmaker but routerunning isnt something he did since high school. He may get better but I don't know since he never has been that good at it. I do agree that we need secondary help badly tho.

They will both play well. Don't know about Kaep, but Russell's work ethic is like a 10-year vet, very Peyton like. And last year, he was splitting preseason reps between him and 2 other qbs. He'll have a full offseason this year, as will Kaep. Not everybody falls off like Sanchez.
