Yes you will be able to sir (just not on PS4) The Xbox 360 has NBA Game-time which is league pass
You have league pass, you can go into the gametime app and

If you don't have League Pass, you can use that app to watch highlights of every game.
And during the preseason (now) I think you can watch every preseason game on there (you could last year)

On Xbox One, they not taking away apps, they adding and improving on the ones they already have.
I seen pictures of the Xbox One joint, and Microsoft said they would be doing Fantasy for all sports, not just NFL

They even showed it off before they they showed us the Football Fantasy
