Itvsounded like it was an accident BUT I also think this kid uses that word so often that it's probably easy as hell for him to have this type of brain fart.
You're entitled to your opinion. However if you're making the claim that others are excusing his actions, because of the fukked up way you understand things, you are incorrect.
No one is making excuses for it. The only way you can conclude that his behaviour is excusable is if you think the hatred he has for black people is acceptable.

Also when you move into cacs neighborhoods. Some of them will do things to make you uncomfortable so that you move out. So I wont fully put it past him that this was intentional. Brehs really jumping down other brehs necks for simply explaining the concept. That whole interaction is indicative of why discourse on here can be so terrible. Brehs come from a baseline of hostility and it frames the whole nature of the discussion. I don’t get why they think anything fruitful will come from a discussion where their whole intent is to just be hostile.

Anyhow, people "All Lives Matter" the indefensible every day. It happens even on this site, with low-key attempts to downplay something or give an example of them doing something when no one even questioned the fact that it was an involuntary action. Now your anger about my opinion says something about you too. It is pretty much like you see committing the same sort of actions, and are upset someone can take what you have done as not a positive. Well, that is the internet, and everyone is entitled to their opinion on a post. So if you have a problem with that, well just ignore me and you won't have the fear of the possibility of me calling you out if I think you have stepped across the line into low-key excuse-making for a racist.
Everyone here knows what a Freudian Slip is. The problem I have is when you give an example of you doing it too, in a manner like "we all do it." When it is an overt racist action being discussed in the thread. I do not see it as the time to show how you have done it too in that circumstance and come off as low key excuse making.

Breh, it’s been explained to you multiple times that it wasn’t excuse making. It’s fine that you took it that way at first, but now that it’s been clarified, why are you still on it?
There’s several people in here questioning if the salesman said it on purpose, so no, I don’t think it’s fair to say everyone here knows what a Freudian Slip is. That’s likely why breh felt compelled to share his anecdote. Completely appropriate to share at this time to explain why a door to door salesman would say that even tho it completely ruined his chance at a sale.

Yes, some are questioning if he said it on purpose or not, and that was not my point because I know it was a Freudian slip. I also know that the reason for this is probably because he uses that word to describe us in his normal conversations outside of our presence.
Now us having a difference of opinion on @surf intentions is just that, a difference in opinion. I am not obligated to change my opinion on it because others agree with him. Sometimes, a disagreement remains a disagreement no matter how much is said on an issue that is subjective and not objective.
