Not really. Anything tied to "Avengers 2" is going to do numbers just based on hype alone. Not saying it'll break any records, but it'll be a success just based on that.

Throw in a cameo with one of the "core" characters, or the obligatory after-credits sequence with a moment, and you're set.

All the movies leading up to "The Avengers" was Phase 1, all the movies leading up to "Avengers 2" is Phase 2. "Ant-Man" ain't scheduled until 2015. "Guardians of the Galaxy" is Phase 2, "Ant-Man" is Phase 3.
