there aint no way a normal(clean) human being is adding 15 lbs of muscle in 2 months
Beginner gains... with a good plan and diet... I did it cleanly (no steroids or HGH). When I was 22 and in the military I began lifting while on a deployment. I was lifting 5x a week and eating 4 meals a day from the kitchen. In 2 months it was a drastic transformation. Only used whey, animal pak, and jack3d.

So a young athlete with world class facilities and trainers can definitely do it.

Is being compared to Chris Webber a bad thing? C-Webb helped revolutionize the PF position. I don't care what you wanna say about Webber in crunch time and all that other shyt. Chris Webber was a bad man on the basketball court. He shouldn't have been able to do the things he was capable at his size. Webber had ELITE athleticism. One of the best passing big men to ever play. Had some of the best hands as well. Don't disrespect C-Webb, I ain't having it. If AD becomes another C-Webb then that makes him a hall of famer.

C/s c- webb was that dude if he was clutch he'd probaly be right behind duncan ass a all time pf

Still laughing at dudes acting like he's gotta sacrifice a part of his game just because he's adding range
I don't think that's the point breh. The point is that he doesn't have a back to the basket game as it is. :yeshrug:

He projects as a face up big now for the rest of his career. The problem with that is, on every championship team that was built around big men, they had dominant back to the basket games. Which he doesn't have.

From Kareem to Olajuwon to Shaq to Duncan to Mikan to Malone. It's resonable to assume that AD has championship aspirations. But teams with big men leading the charge without dominant back to the basket games don't really win championships :yeshrug:

So because he's working on a corner 3 he cant work on his post moves too? :patrice:

Didn't he also say in the article he was working on post moves? :patrice:

This kid can be anything he wants to be. I don't see what the problem is with him adding another tool to his belt.

Once again, I'll stress this point. He can REALISTICALLY improve BOTH. At the same time.
