Exactly it’s all trash....and I have no idea why the Lakers are so hesitant to give that shyt up. They played these same games with PG and Kawhi

We were never getting PG or Kawhi, Pop and Pacers weren't fukking with us. Pacers out of spite and Pop cause he's an OG that wasn't about to hand his 2 decade rival a potential dynasty :mjlol:

Norfeast groovin…
Only because they didn’t trade for him.
Magic definitely wanted a meeting with PG and was “pissed” he didn’t get it. PG said that explicitly

It was a gamble that didn’t work out. If he wanted to sign so bad he should’ve signed. Why can’t the Lakers learn from the Knicks mistake with Melo? Better yet, if these players care so much about winning with the Lakers they’d do like KD and just shut the fukk up until free agency.

I just think Ainge is really shrewd. It sounds good but right now, Boston has been a top 2-3 team for the past few years. Kawhi likely to leave Toronto, then you have to worry about the Bucks and if they can keep their core together. Tatum may never be as good as AD but if you cant re-sign AD, that would be a blow to the Celts. I think their mishandling of Jaylen Brown is going to prompt him to leave. In about another year, you could see a Celtics team with no one but Horford and Smart if the C's dont play things right. AD is a huge gamble for a team that is already a top contender in the East.
Brown can’t leave. He’s a restricted free agent, neither can terry.

And I’m 100% sure Danny not trading Tatum after AD pops comments

Lakers can't offer both Ingram and Kuzma. They're going to need a 3rd option. Ingram been playing well lately I think they need to swap him with Kuzma in the deal and maybe throw in Zubac instead of Rondo.

That's the issue the Lakers know that, but the pelicans don't care and aren't trying to do them favors.

I dunno - how much cap space do you clear by trading both Ingram and BI? :jbhmm:

You do remember money has to match on trades, right? :beli:

How would expiring contracts possibly make a trade worse? :what:

Who cares if they get 10-12m in expiring contracts. This aint the Knicks, Lakers, or Boston....nobody is coming to NOLA willingly.

This team is going to be in the dumps after this trade.

Ball: He isn't going to want to play in Nola....hes going to demand a trade
Kuzma: Whatever...
Beas: Trash and probably out the NBA in a couple years tops
Rondo: Pels didnt resign him for a reason, hes gone.
Draft Pick: Probably a low 20s pick at best....good luck with that shyt

At the end of the day you are going to be left with Kuz, whatever you can swing for Lonzo, a mid/late round pick and about 12m in extra in cap space to sign NOBODY. All for Anthony fukking Davis. :russ:

They would be better off asking for KCP instead of Beas/Rondo.... he's young and atleast there is a chance he might be decent. As terrible as Demps is, even he knew this was a bad trade

Breh, you weren't talking about KCP (who has a no-trade clause), you said "just Kuzma, Ball, and a 1st is actually better." Admit you forgot how trades work and let it move on.

And of course the trade isn't good enough, it's two-day old news that this was the worst of the 5 offers the Lakers made. It was just their starting offer for negotiating purposes. You do follow that, don't you?

PG ended up in a great situation though. Not to mention the Lakers focus completely shifted to Bron and later to Kawhi. So it’s not as if the Lakers also didn’t have something to do with PG picking OKC. So if/when Kawhi and Kyrie leave their teams what will the next talking point be on this matter?

nikkas keep talmbout PG13 like he wasnt an exception to the rule. Right now I would be surprised if Kawhi stays in Toronto and to a lesser degree Kyrie in Boston.

PG13 situation was just as much about money as it was liking OKC because didnt want to leave $46 mil on the table while AD has no choice because he doesnt want to play for the Pels anymore and has said the money he is leaving doesnt matter.

If Lakers need the deal you do Ball, Kuzma, Ingram, Zubac, KCP and a 1st.
I think thats a fair trade for AD, more than fair to New Orleans

First of all trash is a ridiculous term to use for a bunch of young players still developing. Y’all did the same thing with DLo and now y’all tryna come back and clown us for trading him. FOH.

You tellin me the Lakers deal with young players, two of them lotto picks, another good scorer, and a nice Euro big man with lots of upside isn’t better than say the garbage your team is offering? And just who are the Pels signing with this cap space that will be better than the Lakers young players once they’ve fully developed?

Pels came out themselves and said they love Zo’s upside and think he’ll flourish away from the Lakers and the LA lifestyle. Doesn’t sound like they callin him trash. Maybe they should call you for some advice on the matter. :ehh:
Where did the pels say that about zo or did a reporter say it . Also clearly the lakers aren’t offering what the pelicans want and based on their past I believe they are trying to retain some depth and not give up picks etc . I doubt the lakers offered a satisfactory package to the Pels and they gonna wait to see . They aren’t obligated to trade him to the lakers or at all so fukk it
