It’s because a significant segment of our fanbase dislikes LeBron because Bron was better than Kobe during the mid-late 2000s and these bytch ass nikkas can’t let it go.

That’s literally all it is.

They secretly wish for THEIR OWN TEAM to lose so that Bron potentially goes back to Cleveland so they can root against him again.

Trojan, Sccit, Swagnificent and 10Bandz (both of whom are not even a Laker fans) and a variety of other doomposters are like this. Shyt is disgusting. :scust:

That’s why I’m always on these bum ass nikkas necks
Kobe had 2 chips to Bron’s none and 3 Finals to Bron’s 1. Bron became better after Dirk embarrassed him in the finals, friend.

Titles don't mean much in the scope of an argument about players.

Y'all always got excuses when the ring argument isn't in your favor.

-- Havlicek got 8 rings, but his don't count "because he played in the sixties" (even though Laker fans and Celtics fans talk about titles that were won from that era)

-- Kareem got 6, but his don't count because he "wasn't the man"

-- Horry got 7 rings, but his don't count "because he was a role player"

-- Sam Jones got 10 rings, but his don't count because y'all don't even know who he is

-- Pippen got 6 rings, but his don't count because they all belong to Jordan, apparently. Nobody EVER calls Pippen better than Wade, who only has half the rings Pip got, though...

-- Magic got 5 rings, but "Kobe's the Greatest Laker" even though Magic won all his rings as his team's best player...

:russell::russell::russell::russell::russell:

Miss me with the ring talk, please. You want to talk hardware, talk about Finals MVPs. At least they still mattered prior to 2015, when they gave the guy who couldn't stop LeBron from dropping damned near 40 PPG the Finals MVP, robbing Steph Curry for some odd reason :mjlol:

Anyone with eyes could see that LeBron was the better player since 2007-2008, and maybe even before then. LeBron had the stats, the won games, the eye test, the head to heads, everything.

People picking Kobe over LeBron during that period was understandable from the standpoint of Kobe was a known quantity, having been a part of high profile championship teams by that point.

But anyone who actually watched ball knew that Bron was the best player in the NBA.

Y’all continue talking out of your ass, it’s the funniest shyt.

Bron JUST dropped 28 and 11 on the best team in the NBA at nearly 40.

At some point in time you’re going to have to accept that LeBron is not going to fall off like other players in history have. He’s most likely going to retire averaging 26-28 PPG, ese.

He’s STILL the best passer in basketball in his 20th season.

You nikkas been claiming dude was old and washed for the past 8 years, and he continues to be one of the best players in the NBA.

How stupid do you have to be to not want LeBron James on your team???

Kobe Stan stupid. :stopitslime:

The "LeBron's game won't age!" posts on this site go back to CantStop in 2012. :dead:

You didn’t watch Kareem, Sam or Havlicek so miss me with the loser babble. Bron had a chance to prove he was better in 09 but failed to make the Finals as the #1 seed to face Kobe. Why are you mentioning 2015 or anything after 2011? Brush up on your reading comprehension skills, friend.

Davis finally playing in and around the paint is the Lakers biggest accomplishment

Limit the amount of 3s , then u in every game with a higher probability to win with both AD AND Lebron in the final minutes

:russ: Exactly my point. I tell this moron that he disqualifies other players for arbitrary reasons and he literally does it the very next post.

You can’t make this shyt up :dead:

First of all, you don’t know who or what I’ve watched. But you have just admitted YOU don’t know these players’ game and are trying to project that onto me.

Second, how does that even work into an argument? Because I may not have seen them play means their accolades don’t count? You realize you’re telling kids it’s OK to exclude MJ because they didn’t see him play, making it OK for them to say dumb shyt like Booker was the better scorer, right?

Smart dumb nikka :martin:

Bron had a chance to prove he was better in 09 but failed to make the Finals as the #1 seed to face Kobe

Lmao that doesn’t even make sense.

So, one player is better than another because one of their TEAMS made the championship?

OK, let’s point out how dumb you sound by using your logic against you—

“Lamar Odom is better than LeBron because he made the Finals in 09 and LeBron failed to make the finals that year” :troll:

This is why this is one of the worst boards to discuss sports. The takes are not only simplistic, they’re hilariously easily to dismantle.

LeBron didn’t make the Finals because the Magic went nuclear from 3, and the Cavs didn’t have anyone who could stop Dwight. That Magic team shot record numbers from 3. I always used to say they were the Warriors before the Warriors. Pietrus, Turkoglu, and Lewis were ALL cash from three, with 2 of those nikkas shooting 50% from 3!

When they faced the Lakers all of them went cold. As a team, they shot 33% vs the Lakers. They died by the three in the Finals.

In that same series, LeBron dropped 39 8 and 8. :stopitslime:

Those are video game numbers. This is where people started to understand that LeBron had no help.

Kobe vs that SAME TEAM put up 32/6/7. Great numbers, but along with Orlando cooling off from three, that series proved that Kobe’s TEAM is what got him over that hump.

LeBron outplayed Kobe vs the same squad, only Kobe’s team won.

Do you understand the associative property of math?

:martin:

Don’t @ me again with foolishness, you are nowhere near equipped to talk basketball with me dog.

Man you nikkas babble for the sake of babbling. :unimpressed:

Your boy won no ships while losing to Dwight Howard as a #1 seed :mjlol: while also having the chance to prove he was better than Kobe.

Do you understand 2 > 0, ma’am?:sas1:

Nah bron not chasing scoring records but going back to be an all-round playmaker is probably when you get the best AD.

Bron knows he's gonna score another 900 points probably this season if he averages 16 points per game and plays the rest of the season. But he also has two additional seasons if he doesn't make it.

So I expect him to revert back to making his team better, not his stats
