Again-- WHY ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT DIFFERENT TIMELINES?

My statement was clear: LeBron was the best player from 2007-2008 season

Your retard ass then brings up a playoff series from 2009 to argue that Kobe is a better player than LeBron.

Kobe's TEAM beat that team. LeBron played better INDIVIDUALLY against that same team than Kobe did:

Because you're stuck on stupid, you think Kobe is better than LeBron because LeBron's TEAM was not good enough to be a TEAM Kobe's TEAM was.

So word, I th
You
“It’s because a significant segment of our fanbase dislikes LeBron because Bron was better than Kobe during the mid-late 2000s and these bytch ass nikkas can’t let it go.”

Me
“Kobe had 2 chips to Bron’s none and 3 Finals to Bron’s 1. Bron became better after Dirk embarrassed him in the finals, friend.”

Lebron Vs Thunder 2012 Finals | StatMuse

You inexplicably decide this doesn't count. Because you're clearly a nikka that was on the short bus, you cannot explain why you're bringing up 2009 Finals but disregard the 2012 Finals.

:dead::dead::dead::dead::dead::dead:

This nikka actually believes Dirk was ever the best player in the NBA... :DWILL: :DWILL: :DWILL: :DWILL:
I never said Kobe was better than Bron after 2010. You couldn’t properly defend your original argument so you had to create a strawwoman argument, ma’am.:francis:

You've repeated my words multiple times, and still don't get them :Tim:

"Bron was better than Kobe during the mid-late 2000s" is a factual statement, backed up by evidence.

LeBron has the numbers, the head to head matchups vs Kobe and the numbers during those matchups that prove this point. LeBron also lead the league in scoring in 2007.

In the span of time LeBron was a rookie (2003) to the last championship Kobe ever won (2010), LeBron beat Kobe in head to head matchups EIGHT TO FIVE.

In the span of time Kobe won his last championship to his last game (2016), LeBron beat Kobe head to head EIGHT TO ONE.

Bron's numbers were better than Kobe's over both spans of time.

When I said the "mid-late 2000s", I'm talking about a period of time starting in 2007, where LeBron took over as the league's best player, and never gave it back. After 2010, NOBODY except Kobe stanleys and people from Kobe's era considered Kobe a better player than LeBron, which is why I used the verbiage mid-late 2000s. I don't have to talk about post 2010 because it was obvious and inarguable LeBron was the better player.
The only reason I bring up anything post 2010 is to show that your argument is stupid. You think a player is better because their team beat another team. So I gave you an instance of a team beating another team. You refuse to accept it because you don't know what I'm talking about in the first place.

To be clear, I don't care about TEAM accolades. I made that clear at the beginning:

Miss me with the ring talk, please
Titles don't mean much in the scope of an argument about players.

I'm simply using your poor logic against you in this case :yeshrug:

Dummy, you changed the entire premise of the argument by bringing up the Finals.

The argument was Kobe vs LeBron, an argument that is settled by numbers, head to head matchups and the numbers in those head to heads.

For some reason, you think Kobe's team beating the Magic is evidence that KOBE is better than LeBron. :dead:

You are a ring counter, like I mentioned in the beginning of my presence in this thread. You ring counters got all the excuses why Kobe's rings count, and discount everything, literally everything else that disproves that claim.

Fact: LeBron played better than Kobe against the Magic

Fact: LeBron outplayed Kobe in head to head matchups

Fact: LeBron had better numbers vs Kobe over any span of time from 2007 on

TEAM accolades DO NOT MATTER when talking about individuals.

Your argument suggests Pippen is better than Wade. Both number 2 guys with number 1 talent, but Pippen has double the rings Wade has.

No one has ever made the case that Pippen was a better player than D Wade, at least not seriously. That argument never gets any steam, yet it's the same arguement you make in favor of Kobe vs LeBron: my team won, therefore my player is better.

It's stupid, juvenile and reeks of basketball illiteracy. This is a Skip Bayless level argument, something entirely without context, without sense and without fact.

WE ARE TALKING ABOUT PLAYERS.

THE LAKERS WON, not Kobe.

THE CAVS LOST, not LeBron.

WINNING IS A TEAM EFFORT. YOU CAN DROP 78 POINTS AND STILL LOSE A GAME.

Talk about the fukking players, not the Lakers and Cavs :martin:

Bron didn’t win a title and lost as a #1 seed during that period while Kobe won 2 ships and 2 Finals MVP. It’s the reason why the majority of their peers, coaches and Hall Famers considered Kobe the best during that period.

It really sucks that we never got that Kobe vs Bron Finals when both had #1 seeds. That puppet commercial was all for nothing because Bron couldn’t hold up his end of the bargain, ma’am. :francis:

Loser babble. It’s about winning. Kobe had the numbers, MVPs and the rings during that period, ma’am.:umad:

In Stanish layman’s terms…

“I can’t comprehend basic English and simple math so I’ll just emotionally babble to make up for my deficiencies.”

Hopefully you sacrifice all these hours on this site for night school to finally get your GED, friend.
More question answering less deflective rambling please …if you’re simply not competent enough to answer you most definitely can just say that

This argument is so retarded. Sounds childish almost. To me Kobe was the best player in the league from 05 to 08. How many title teams was Kobe on during that span? ZERO. Going by your logic the best players those years were Wade, Duncan and Pierce. Stop using team accomplishments to rank individual players.
