I'm all for Black excellence, but Richardson is not it. At least right now. I mean he was picked so early was hella surprising. His play in college damn sure was not fourth pick material. I mean it was shocking because black QBS with the stats he had normally wouldn't get drafted to like the 5th or not drafted at all.

He has to be ass to lose to Daniel Jones. I mean there could be undertones, but I watch him play and he doesn't look like a starter. He's a project QB that needs to be on a team that can develop him. I don't think Indy is that team.

Given the rise of my personal career, I've found myself to be in the room with decision makers and being the only black person there. Many people won't be direct but you will know by how words are parsed, what they mean. The GM is likely praying to any god he can think of, to salvage this. He thought he was getting an evolution of Michael Vick, not someone else that makes both Tim Tebow and Bobby Shmurda seem competent at their respective fields.
