But those in need of a job have to do what they have to do. They can't just muse about creating an all black ecosystem when you consider blacks do not having much wealth at all At some point you have to get the money.

As much as we give @DEAD7 a hard time, there's really nothing wrong with having white business partners. Especially it Increases his wealth and gives him the opportunity going forward to execute his vision.

But how many people you know are truly willing and able to sacrifice to build up someone else's business? Because that is truly what we need.

We are already 400 years behind the curve as far as grabbing our hold in the market share but even with the stigma of black businesses being "not as high of quality", its difficult to get black people to build and grow with other black people towards a common goal. Its bad enough we are only 12% of the population, which means we'd be lucky to have 12% of the market share but its rare you get people willing to play their part in growing a company...

thing of it is, we have the financial capital, we just don't spend it amongst each other....

to be honest, i dont know. america is headed for uncharted territory. i dont assume the children of immigrants will be any nicer, but they also wont automatically have control of legacy capital and institutions so it's kind of up in the air what future america looks like.

the only difference back east is that most black immigrants stay in the east coast so the black population is more stable and/or increasing unlike california, im not aware of any emperical or anecdotal data that black people face less discrimination because of demographic shifts back east
