is this about cattiness with white women or this some deeper stuff?
Deeper.
Basically how white women are complicit in white supremacy and how it couldn’t continue if they didn’t help perpetuate it. They are just as guilty as white men, but the way they may go about it —in the workplace and the world— is different.
I.e. “Karen” behavior is an example of White women asserting their dominance over an environment, situation, or other people.
The psychological trauma/damage we experience dealing with racist who’re ppl in corporate environments for long periods of time (20+ year career), etc.
It’s a good listen to be honest
