You should be championing this. None of these policies were going to help get more straight black men into corporate positions or help them become competitors in the spaces of medicine, law, entertainment, tech, or high-level government.

We benefit along with tons of people.

We actually probably benefit least from the policies.

They are for the disabled, immigrants, women, pretty much anyone that isn’t a healthy white American man.

Because people that don’t go through training or familiarize themselves with the actual policies on their own fail to realize that’s who benefits most from the policies.

It’s what made me stop being mad at the fact that I had to waste two days of my life sitting through the training.

Thought it was gonna be a bunch of bulldaggers and ladyboys lecturing me but it was actually very good.

I learned a lot.

Yeah Dont know if he's using sarcasm, but white women benefitting has little to do with the drive to rollback DEI.

White women come from the same households/parents as white men, and as such have access to the same family resources as their brothers. When/If equity measures are dropped, those networks and resources are still available to them.

Equity measures being dropped hurts the communities with less access to resources the most. And that's the intention of anti-DEI movements.
